We've had issues in the past with this type of approach. That said -- I appreciate the work and think that City Nouns will be a fun experiment to watch so I do not want to vote against it and am leaving it to the other members to make this call. I just do not want anyone to see this as a precedent as I would definitely vote against 99% of brand new daos seeking funding this soon after founding. This is likely the sole exception to that rule. ”

We have seen other DAOs on Nouns Builder experience this issue and have their treasuries attacked (some are experiencing it at this moment). The way we have prevented this thus far is from me personally watching the auction and bidding which creates another issue where one members has high number of tokens. In my opinion, it is better to see an undesireable token burned than to have in hands with bad intentions. ”
